Dice Game v0.2

Version 0.2 changelog:

• Overhauled tutorial
• Text will now appear when it's your/enemy turn, or when you complete/lose the level
• Looting will now start one tile further, so you can loot the item one tile next to you even if you roll a 1
• Picking up Health Up upgrades will now immediately apply the health instead of leaving you with an empty health slot
• Added some more heal items throughout levels
• Added bonus pickups out of bounds to pick up if you're lucky with high loot rolls
• Added a "you win" screen at the end of the game with an option to replay the game
