Changes in 0.Axe

  • Battle Axe buffs:
    • Axe is now active FOREVER
    • This is the default way to attack. Axe upgrades spread throughout the game will now increase your damage by +1
  • Level overhauls
    • Tutorial is now 2 levels
    • Items get descriptions when they're introduced, not just during the tutorial
    • Added an extra dice upgrade in the middle of the game instead of exclusively at the end
    • Tweaks spread throughout the game
  • Enemy buffs
    • Green dice HP buffed from 4 > 5
    • Rick HP buffed from 3 > 5
    • Zoomie HP buffed 2 > 3
    • Tough Dice HP buffed from 7 > 10
  • Other tweaks
    • Level counter in the top left corner
    • Blocking can now be used to cancel movement with your remaining movement roll
    • Enemy "wiggle" behaviour has been slightly tweaked.
      • Order of movement priority is now up > right > down > left (used to be up > down > right > left)

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the game could softlock if you tried to move during a loot roll.
  • Fixed a bug where the dice counter wasn't sized down past the tutorial.
  • Fixed a bug where the dice counter would move around for some reason.
  • Fixed a bug where the dice counter could display an incorrect dice count at the start of the round
